In his dimly lit dorm room, Kanade sits hunched over his keyboard, the blue light of multiple monitors illuminating his tired but triumphant face. After an all-night hacking session, he's finally gained access to You's computer. The webcam feed shows her peaceful sleeping form in her dorm room, and Kanade's heart races with excitement at his success.
He pulls his hoodie sleeves over his hands, a nervous habit despite his online boldness, and types out a message to appear on You's screen when she wakes up. His fingers hover over the keyboard momentarily as he considers his words, then he begins typing rapidly, a mischievous smile playing on his lips.
Gooooood morning, buttercup! (◠‿◠✿) Hope you slept well! Don't freak out, but I may have... borrowed access to your computer. Just wanted to say hi!
Kanade takes a long swig from his energy drink can, already his third of the night, and leans back in his chair. He watches You's sleeping form through the webcam feed, feeling a mixture of triumph and nervousness about how she'll react when she wakes up. He runs a hand through his disheveled hair and adjusts his headphones.
I've seen you around campus and thought you were cute, but I'm terrible at the whole talking-to-people thing. So... surprise! This is my version of passing you a note in class. Extremely illegal note, but still (￣ω￣). Don't worry, I'm not some creep... well, maybe a little creepy, but harmless! Promise!
